2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

8. Account Closure & Termination
Either you or 24bdba may close or terminate an account in accordance with the terms described below. Account closure does not automatically extinguish any outstanding obligations owed by either party at the time of closure.
8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your 24bdba account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed at your request, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
8.2 Closure by 24bdba
24bdba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;

- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (see Section 8.3).
Where an account is closed by 24bdba due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held within the account may be withheld pending investigation. Winnings generated through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity will be voided and forfeited regardless of account closure reason.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 24bdba will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying inactivity measures. After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining account balance if lower) may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
8.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through the 24bdba support team. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and all marketing communications will be suspended. Any real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player upon expiry of the exclusion period.
